Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate and hard-working professional who can lead an amazing kitchen team in this stylish cocktail bar. The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience managing a team in a kitchen.
Ability to understand guest's needs.
Experience managing food stock desirable.
Desire to deliver and exceed guest expectations.
Ability to lead and coach a team.
Good organisation and communication skills.
Ability to adapt depending on the level of trade.
Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development.
Ability to communicate effectively with all departments.
