Platinum Recruitment is working with stunning country estate in Somerset with multiple restaurants and we are on the lookout for some dedicated and passionate chefs who love to cook with fresh ingredients to a high level to assist. Do you have rosette or michelin experience and looking for work?

What's involved?
You will work in a small team to create rosette-level dishes for this busy restaurant that is open 7 days per week.
There are plenty of hours on offer along with nearby accommodation with the view to work until the end of June.
