Digital Marketing Apprentice (x3) — IQBlade at TD SYNNEX (Liverpool)
Contract: 1.5–2-year apprenticeship (with two ‘block’ study days every 4–6 weeks)
Team: Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence function; Automation & Marketing Operations (Marketo) team with structured cross-functional team rotations.
Location: Liverpool office (hybrid; 2 days per week in office).

The opportunity
We’re looking for curious, digitally native, hands-on Digital Marketing Apprentices. You’ll learn the core of modern marketing operations within a small and friendly team backed by the security of a Fortune-500 tech company.
You’ll soon be launching first-class marketing campaigns using a sophisticated MarTech stack. You’ll rotate through cross-functional areas, so you graduate as a well-rounded multi-channel digital marketer. Wherever your passions develop, whether that’s in Design & Content, Marketing Technology, or Data & Insights, or something else we’ve not dreamt of yet, we’ll help nurture that focus while you build a solid foundation across the full toolkit.
What you’ll do
Core (Automation & Ops)
1. Build and QA assets (emails, forms, landing pages), support workflow and monitor performance within our automation platform Marketo.
2. Run reports to track impressions, clicks, conversions and recommend next-best actions to improve ROI such as hypothesis-led A/B testing.
3. Troubleshoot deliverability, engagement dips, and link/UTM issues - suggest and implement fixes.
4. Proactively seek information, ask questions, and build relationships across teams to keep work moving.
5. Continuously improve by capturing and responding to feedback, refining checklists, and suggesting process tweaks to help us run smarter.
Cross-Functional Rotations
6. Design & Content: brief/adapt creative; light edits in Adobe; asset management in Adobe Experience Manager.
7. Marketing Technology: learn how to use Adobe Marketo Engage – our enterprise marketing automation platform, send marketing email campaigns & develop landing pages; learn how to use tokens/variables and simple scripts to embed powerful, hyper-personalisation in campaigns.
8. Data & Insights: pull and interpret reports (GA4/Power BI/Marketo), build simple dashboards, share recommendations consultatively.
9. Social & Channel Marketing: support planning, scheduling, measurement of social advertising; align messaging across channels.
Ways of working
10. We use a mix of Microsoft Teams/Microsoft Outlook/Aprimo/Asana/Confluence professionally to communicate with both internal stakeholders and vendor partners.
11. Document work clearly, follow checklists, meet deadlines, and respect approvals/data/privacy standards.
