We're seeking a highly organised Operations & Office Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact and coordinating daily office operations.
* Own compliance administration, making sure policies and lettings regulations are consistently followed.
* Support onboarding, ensuring access to the right tools, systems, and processes from day one.
* Maintain accurate records and data across company databases, dashboards, and reporting tools.
* Liaise with suppliers and service partners to meet operational needs and SLAs.
* Provide cross-department admin support (reports, correspondence, slide decks).
Requirements:
* Experience in an operations or administrative coordination role within estate agency/property.
* Excellent organisation and multitasking skills; comfortable juggling competing priorities.
* Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM or property management platforms.
