This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-end enterprise sites such as data centres, universities, and private hospitals, utilising systems from top industry brands. Position Overview As a Security Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the functionality of various security systems for our client's prestigious customers. Working closely with the service team, you will ensure that all tasks meet the highest standards and comply with contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Responsibilities Carry out fault-finding, preventative maintenance, and small works on a range of security systems Maintain a well-stocked van to ensure first-time fixes Undertake small works projects and commissioning tasks Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota Demonstrate flexibility with working hours, including overtime when required Requirements Extensive experience working on large-scale networked systems, including CCTV and Access Control Systems Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the security industry Strong awareness of industry codes and standards Proven ability to accurately fault-find and resolve issues Competence in using technology such as laptops, measuring devices, and smartphones Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office for reports and timesheets Excellent customer service skills, especially with high-end clients Full UK driving license Benefits 25 days holiday plus birthday off and bank holidays Car, van or vehicle allowance Lenel training within probation period Alongside this generous benefits package, you'll be immersed in a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and values employee contributions.
