The Role
* Working on a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, director and shareholder issues, professional negligence and injunctions
* Advising clients clearly and confidently, ensuring their objectives are met while maintaining strong service standards
* Managing all aspects of client relationships, from instruction to billing
* Preparing, reviewing and drafting legal documents for hearings and substantive matters
* Developing litigation strategies in collaboration with senior colleagues
* Ensuring full compliance with file management processes and regulatory requirements
* Handling cases proactively from start to finish, providing clear updates to senior team members
* Supporting the wider dispute resolution team and contributing to its ongoing growth
You
* A solicitor with around 1–4 years’ PQE in commercial dispute resolution
* Able to handle straightforward matters independently while seeking guidance where needed
* Confident in identifying relevant legal principles and applying them effectively
* Someone who produces high‑quality work and is willing to go the extra mile
* Approachable, communicative and able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Keen to grow, develop and learn within a high‑performing, supportive team
