Financial Planning & Analysis Lead - 6-Month FTC (With Strong Potential to Go Permanent) London | Hybrid | Consumer / Digital / Growth Business A high-growth, values-driven consumer brand is looking for an FP&A Lead to join its Finance team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract, with a strong possibility of converting to permanent. Working within a collaborative Finance function, you'll play a critical role in supporting UK Cost of Goods (COGs) and gross margin analysis, partnering closely with commercial, operations and range teams. You'll also gain exposure to wider group FP&A, treasury and central cost management as the role evolves. The Role Reporting into the senior Finance leadership team, you will: Lead the annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting process for UK COGs, partnering across Operations, Commercial and Range teams. Produce weekly and monthly performance reporting, continuously refining insight and accuracy. Analyse gross margin performance at month-end and support the preparation of commentary for the wider business. Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across multiple functions and take full ownership of your remit. Identify key trends, risks and opportunities, offering proactive solutions. Longer-term opportunities include: Ad-hoc analysis, financial modelling and business partnering across new initiatives. Supporting group treasury activities, including cash management and forecasting. Ownership of central cost budgeting, forecasting and month-end analysis. Contributing to the implementation of an FP&A tool and optimisation of the ERP (NetSuite). About You You'll thrive in this role if you are: A qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 3 years' FP&A experience. Highly proficient in Excel and financial modelling (cashflow modelling experience is a bonus). Experienced with NetSuite and excited to help enhance the way the business uses finance systems. Comfortable taking ownership, juggling priorities and working at pace. A logical thinker, collaborative problem-solver and confident communicator.
