Hays are working with a well-established organisation who are seeking an experienced Group Marketing Manager. This strategic role will lead group-wide marketing andmunications, ensuring brand alignment, digital excellence, and data-driven decision-making across multiple business units.
Your new role
1. Develop and deliver a group-wide marketing andmunications strategy aligned with business goals.
2. Support brand marketing teams and ensure activities align with group objectives.
3. Monitor market trends,petitor activity, and legislative requirements.
4. Drive cross-brand collaboration, including co-marketing and cross-selling initiatives.
5. Work with Sales Directors to set shared targets and growth plans.
6. Lead digital strategy, including group websites, SEO, analytics, and content management.
7. Oversee external web partners and maintain shared brand assets.
8. Implement and manage a central Salesforce CRM to unify data and track sales pipelines.
9. Build dashboards to measure marketing impact and sales performance.
10. Manage group-level PR, social media, and event coordination.
11. Ensure consistent messaging around innovation, sustainability, and customer value.
12. Provide regular strategic updates to senior leadership and use insights to guide decisions
What you'll need to succeed
13. 5+ years’ marketing experience
14. Experience with Salesforce CRM and integration of sales and marketing data.
15. Proven ability to create and deliver strategic marketing and data plans.
16. Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
17. Strategic marketer with strong digital and analytical skills.
18. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
19. Confidentmunicator, able to simplify technical information.
