The Production Support Counter at Bournemouth University offers first-line support for both academic and student-led activities, serving over 4,000 users. Our goal is to ensure every user receives outstanding technical support to enhance their learning experience. As part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for the provision, maintenance, and management of an extensive inventory of high-end broadcast equipment and facilities. Your role will help students and staff make the most of the tools available, while also providing basic advice on best practices and equipment suitability. This core service provides daily challenges which require a methodical and solutions-focused mindset.
