Pay - 16-17 - £7.55 per hour. 18+ - £12.21 per hour. This is a seasonal position with an end date of 14th February 2026. Your local store is looking for 16hrs per week as a Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant. You’ll take pride in every cup you pour, build expert knowledge of our product range and meaningfully connect with our customers. Whether it’s a regular grabbing their usual or a first-time visitor, you’ll make sure every customer leaves feeling better than when they arrived. It’s a busy, hands-on role that takes energy, focus and a fair bit of graft.
