* Manage existing sales accounts in a defined geographic area.
* Develop new opportunities with the existing sales team.
* Prospect and grow new accounts in a defined geographic area.

Your Responsibilities Are …
* Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts.
* Deliver the expected revenue against budget.
* Work alongside the area sales team to develop new business.
* This is an external sales position focused on expanding the customer base and securing new business, approximately 70% account management and 30% new business.
* Cross-sell the full range of products.
* Cover main channels to market: OEM, End User, and Distributors.
* Identify industry trends and report to management.
* Implement an “Industry Segment Approach” to help clients achieve their position in key industry segments.
* Manage key regional accounts.
* Assist in application engineering to strengthen market position.
* Ensure CRM and pipeline management tools are used effectively.
* Other duties as assigned.
Person Specification
Attributes
Essential
* Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
* Current Driving License.
* Current Passport.
* Resident in the territory or nearby.
Desirable
* Degree in a relevant field.
* Engineering qualification.
Experience
* Proactive customer service roles within industrial environments.
* Report writing experience.
* Previous sales experience.
* Knowledge of the belting industry.

* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
