TLC CARE SERVICES LLP is seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be required to support vulnerable adults, ensuring their well-being and comfort while promoting independence within their own homes.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
Ensure the safety and comfort of clients during home visits.
Drive clients to appointments or social activities when necessary.
Requirements
Previous experience in a care role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to develop care plans and adapt them as needed for individual clients.
Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
A valid driver's license is an advantage for transporting clients.
