You will be part of the Operations Team, which is dedicated to ensuring Procurement best practice is followed and associated guidance and policies relating to third parties. The role holder will be responsible for documenting, maintaining and developing the key processes within the Procurement Function, the sourcing and resource plan for the Function.
The role holder will have develop and improve the processes in Source to Contract, SRM and Procure -to Pay and support the Group Procurement & SRM team in providing an excellent service to our colleagues and stakeholders. They will own the key policies maintained by the Group with relevance in this area and be responsible for core procurement processes for Strategic sourcing, Purchase to pay and SRM.
This role will work across all procurement and our stakeholders, to ensure that Procurement Excellence solutions are rolled out and embedded throughout the organisation.
In addition the role holder will make recommendations for improving policy process efficiency in a manner that increases the overall productivity of the Function and drives cost control and efficiency across the organisation whilst ensuring that it effectively mitigates the risk inherent in the Group's supply chain.
