Radiators 4u are seeking someone with experience in Customer Service to join our fast growing friendly team in Portsmouth. Depending on your experience, the right candidate could either join us as a Customer Service Advisor or as a working Customer Service Supervisor. We pride ourselves on our continued success and looking for a confident person with excellent communication skills, Passionate about helping customers and have the motivation to efficiently handle multiple tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered to trade and retail customers. Responsibilities * Inbound/outbound customer service calls * Handling general enquiries, returns and complaints * Corresponding with Customers over the phone and emails * Identify a customer needs and deal with them in a timely manner in accordance with our Service level agreement * Dealing with after sale queries and issues * Managing all admin from beginning to end relating to the customer communication * Data entry into our SAP (in-house) system * Managing customers expectations Candidate Qualities & Experience * Call centre or non customer-facing customer service experience essential * An excellent telephone manner and clear communication skills, must be both written and verbal. * Ability to achieve the best outcome for the customer when faced with obstacles * Able to work in a high tempo environment * Team player, organised and strong attention to detail. * Be able to multi task efficiently * Benefit * Pension plan * Supportive management and colleagues. * Fun, social, vibrant team environment. * Free car parking. * Free tea, coffee, Squash, fruit & healthy snacks * 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
