The business is in a growth phase, investing in brand, introducer relationships and market presence, and they are looking for a Business Development Manager who can help elevate their reach within the developer and introducer community.
The Role
This is a Business Development Manager position focused on generating new business for a commercial brokerage.
You will be responsible for networking, building introducer relationships, engaging directly with property developers and positioning the brokerage as a trusted partner for bridging loans and development finance solutions.
This role is about visibility, presence and influence in the market. Attending networking events, building strategic partnerships, collecting and nurturing introducers, and proactively identifying opportunities will be central to your success.
Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities
* Develop relationships with property developers, brokers, introducers and professional contacts
* Build, manage and expand a strong introducer network across bridging and development finance
* Generate new enquiries for bridging loans and development finance facilities
* Represent the brokerage at events and industry functions across London and the surrounding areas
* Work closely with the internal brokerage team to convert enquiries into completed deals
* Track pipeline activity, forecast revenue and consistently exceed business development targets

* Commercially driven with a track record of generating new business and revenue growth
* Based within reach of Southend and London with flexibility to attend events and meetings
