Site Administrator – Lakenheath | £15–£17 per hour (CIS) |
Fairmead is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Site Administrator to join a long-term construction project in Lakenheath. With several years of work ahead, this role is ideal for someone experienced in site admin or looking to step up into a site-based role.
You’ll be at the centre of site operations—supporting logistics, compliance, and documentation to keep everything running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing timesheets, workforce records, and compliance documentation

Organising deliveries, plant hire, and liaising with suppliers
*
Maintaining accurate digital and paper filing systems
*
Supporting site meetings, including taking minutes and booking rooms
*
Greeting visitors, handling calls and emails, and coordinating with internal departments
*
Tracking RAMS, permits, inductions, and health and safety records
Requirements:

Previous admin experience (construction preferred but not essential)
*
Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office and digital systems
*
Highly organised, with attention to detail and confident communication skills
