Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant
Location: Goole
Salary: £88 – £110 per day
Contract: Full-Time
GSL Education are seeking a confident Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work with secondary pupils who display challenging behaviour and SEMH needs.
Responsibilities
• Support pupils with behaviour regulation
• Implement behaviour management strategies
• De-escalate challenging situations
• Encourage positive engagement and learning
Requirements
• Experience supporting SEMH or behaviour needs
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Resilient and consistent approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
