The Role
As a key member of the Learning & Development team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of training programmes across the firm. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the planning and organisation of firm-wide training sessions and development initiatives
* Coordinating internal and external training logistics, including room bookings, materials, and calendars
* Managing the L&D inbox and responding to queries from staff and external providers
* Maintaining accurate records of training activities and assisting with reporting and compliance
* Assisting with onboarding and induction processes for new joiners
* Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives within the wider HR and L&D functions
About You
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment
* A keen interest in Learning & Development
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication skills and a proactive approach
* Ability to multitask and work well as part of a friendly, high-performing team
