Job Title: A&E Nurse (Full-Time / Part-Time) Location: Arrowe Park Hospital, Wirral Employer: Bluestones Medical Agency Pay Rate: £17.00 - £30.00 per hour About the Role Bluestones Medical Agency is currently seeking experienced and motivated A&E Nurses to support the Emergency Department at Arrowe Park Hospital. These roles are available on a full-time or part-time agency basis, offering flexibility while working in a fast-paced and rewarding clinical environment. As an A&E Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing urgent and emergency care to patients presenting with a wide range of injuries and medical conditions. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive safe, effective, and timely care. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with acute injuries and illnesses. Assess, triage, and prioritise patients based on the severity of their condition. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as required. Monitor patients' vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in their condition. Work collaboratively with doctors, paramedics, and the wider emergency department team. Provide reassurance and clear communication to patients and their families during stressful situations. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in line with hospital policies. Adhere to infection control procedures, safeguarding policies, and clinical governance standards. Requirements Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration. Previous experience working in an Accident & Emergency (A&E) or Emergency Department setting. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Ability to remain calm and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
