Sales Assistant / Driver
Crown Paints is seeking to recruit a Sales Assistant / Driver to join our team based in Carlisle.
* The role is a temporary (3 months), full-time position working 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday and some Saturdays on a rota basis).
* We offer a salary of £12.21 per hour plus bonus and an excellent benefits package.
What can you expect from this role?
As a Sales Assistant/Driver, you will support our store team and Store Manager in delivering sustainable sales growth for Crown Paints. A positive, motivated approach is essential to contribute to store targets, driving sales with our range of decorative paints and sundry items.
The Carlisle Crown Decorating Centre (CDC) is a lively store within our national network of 148 stores across the UK. Our customers range from retail passersby to builders and tradespeople with accounts and repeat business. Your role will include identifying potential new customers, establishing relationships, and opening customer accounts regularly.

Who are we looking for?
We seek individuals who:
* Have strong sales/retail experience
* Are passionate about customer service
* Are confident in making sales calls and hitting targets
* Are team players and adaptable to customer needs
* Can work independently when required
* Hold a valid UK driving license and are willing to make daily deliveries
* Can lift up to 20kg
