Start date: April 2026 New Reflexions are currently looking to recruit a Deputy Homes Manager to be based in our Learning Disabilities home in Shrewsbury. You will work alongside the Home Manager and assist in the running of the home. You will predominantly work office hours, Monday to Friday, but there is also a requirement of shift work where you will be required to work a minimum of 4 shifts with sleep in’s which are to be rota’d in advance. The Main D uties Of The Post Holder To be responsible to the Home Manager for the management of the resource as a whole Deputise for the Home Manager working office hours Monday to Friday while the Home Manager is on annual leave Have a multi-skilled approach that meets the needs of the young people and the home. Be ably skilled and qualified in behaviour management and be able to lead staff teams. Ensure that the overall Aims, Objectives, and Philosophy of New Reflexions are achieved through the maintenance of good quality practice in Residential Care Work and Education. Ensure the Home exceeds Quality Standards. Be part of the On-Call manager team as per rota.
