Job Description:

The Senior Technical Account Manager plays a central role in managing all aspects of infrastructure delivery for significant clients. This position demands a dynamic leader who navigates technical problem-solving and delivery management with confidence and accountability. The TAM coordinates cross-functional teams, drives operational excellence through automation and analytics, and champions innovative technologies to deliver continuous value.

Key duties include:

* Leading and developing high-performing teams to meet and exceed delivery standards.
* Establishing trusted advisor relationships with clients, understanding their technical goals, and advocating for their success.
* Addressing delivery issues and identifying opportunities for enhancement and efficiency.
* Implementing creative solutions to complex client needs and ensuring operational efficiencies throughout the process.
* Supporting revenue growth, organisational development, and capability building.
* Balancing immediate priorities with long-term strategies to ensure both short-term results and sustainable growth.
* Demonstrating outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client engagement and team mentorship.

The ideal candidate brings proven experience in complex account management for large-scale clients, a robust technical background, and exceptional problem-solving skills. Qualifications:

* Over 8 years of senior leadership managing large, multidisciplinary teams in complex settings.
* Extensive experience in technical account management and strong technical skills.
* Strong financial leadership, including budget oversight and forecasting.
* Effective in reporting to senior stakeholders.
* Expert at building executive client relationships and trusted partnerships.
* Consistently drives innovation and operational excellence using modern technologies, lean methods, and automation.
* Delivers immediate results and secures long-term goals.
* Exceptional communicator and team builder.
