We are recruiting for a Finance Administrator on behalf of our client, a reputable energy and industrial services company based in Stockton.
This is a full-time, temporary position for initially 4 weeks to support the Finance Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing purchase and sales invoices
Bank reconciliations and cash management
Supporting payment runs and month-end close
Managing financial data and providing client information
Supporting Finance colleagues and maintaining system knowledge Requirements:
Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
Experience with purchase ledger, VAT, and financial systems
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and financial software packages
