Job overview To provide comprehensive confidential and professional administrative and secretarial service to the Divisional Director, Divisional Chief Nurse and Associate Director of Operations for the GSACT Division. Ensuring that all work is dealt with promptly and efficiently, the role will require you to work independently on tasks but support will the given where needed. There will be a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality required. Supporting the delivery of Divisional projects and providing secretarial support to the Divisional and Speciality Governance Meetings with minute taking and action logs. Advert Diary management and arranging of meetings. Management of incoming and outgoing written/email correspondence. Management of telephone calls and prompt message handling. Minute taking and circulation of minutes and all relevant documentation. Production of Divisional Newsletter.
