You will be responsible for direct sales and account management activity for all customers within your designated sales territory. You will work towards clearly defined objectives and agreed business plans to ensure both the retention and growth of customers within the territory.
Your responsibilities include the identification and acquisition of new customers through the development of robust business plans that will convert competitor business to the company's products. You will also coordinate the workload of the Clinical Specialist to achieve UK business plans.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Degree qualified.
* Minimum 3 years of success in sales achievement within the Medical Devices sector, ideally theatre sales.
* Commercially aware with sound judgement and business acumen.
* Confident, goal-oriented, and self-starting.
* Excellent communication skills: listens, influences, inspires, and motivates others to act.
* Strong IT and presentation skills.
* Develops and maintains relationships by making a strong personal impression.
* Excellent analytical skills and a creative problem solver.
* Demonstrates a passion to continually learn about the company's products and services, as well as developments in the wider orthopaedics sector.
* Full UK driving license is essential.
