Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef De Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented attractively. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment. Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards at all times. Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service hours. Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
