The Test Equipment Cyber Security Engineer will provide specialist CyberSecurity support across the Test Equipment Centre of Excellence domain, delivering effective information security solutions for test equipment and their associated product under test, providing documentation and evidence to support security approval and accreditation activities within the programme context.

Responsibilities and Experience
* Experience in the development of complex test systems including hardware and software integration, product/system development lifecycle, and generation of information security risk assessments, risk treatment plans, risk management and accreditation documents. Demonstrated knowledge of MOD and Government information security policy, standards and guidance, and the ability to tailor them to the specific needs of our weapon system product range. Appreciation of systems engineering, electronics principles, software technology and development principles.
* Preferably exposure of Cyber Security across the Systems Engineering and Development Lifecycle. Ability to engage a range of stakeholders and contribute to cost, schedule, and technical performance trade-offs.
Salary and Working Conditions
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 depending on experience.
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Where project needs allow, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on‑site and remote working such as being onsite when necessary to work with people and collaborate, then working from home and around family commitments to work where you are most efficient.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS) after the offer stage.
