Responsibilities
Personal Assistants (Support Workers) provide support to adults with learning disabilities in their own homes across Glasgow.
* Support individuals with personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioural support.
* Help maintain tenancy, build and maintain relationships, and explore interests such as local clubs, concerts, and trips.
* Work collaboratively within a bespoke team to ensure safety, wellbeing, and aspiration goals are met.
Requirements
We do not require previous care experience; we recruit based on values and transferable skills.
Successful applicants must register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 3 months of starting.
