Role: Primary School Teacher Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term) Start date: ASAP/April 2026 Salary: £32,916-£45,351 per annum (depending on experience and/or qualifications) About the role Heart of Supply is currently seeking Primary School Teachers to support our partner schools in Sleaford and the surrounding areas. These flexible opportunities include day-to-day supply, short-term placements, and longer-term cover across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. You’ll work across a variety of school settings, delivering engaging lessons, following prepared plans, and helping to ensure continuity and a positive learning environment when the class teacher is absent. We’re looking for versatile and confident teachers who can quickly establish positive relationships with pupils and staff, manage behaviour effectively, and bring both enthusiasm and reassurance into the classroom. Successful candidates will be reliable, proactive, and adaptable, able to step seamlessly into new environments, whether that’s supporting early phonics in Reception or leading revision sessions with a Year 6 class.
