What We’re Looking For: * Qualifications: Educated to degree level (ideally in Science, Maths or Engineering) * Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Mathematics, or Engineering, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau). * Must demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, understanding of process improvement principles, and clear communication skills for presenting insights to stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate operational initiatives effectively. * Skills: Dynamic, detail-oriented professional with strong influencing skills at senior leadership level and a proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities. * Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
