Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Roofer / Cladding Fixer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing roofing and cladding systems on industrial buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and technical skills to ensure high-quality workmanship in a demanding environment. Responsibilities
* Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
* Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems and cladding materials on industrial sites.
* Use hand tools, power tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
* Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely while adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality specifications.
* Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
* Proven experience in roofing, cladding installation, or related construction trades.
* Knowledge of schematics, technical drawings, and construction plans.
* Proficiency with hand tools, power tools and fabrication techniques.
* Strong understanding of roofing and cladding systems
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights.
* Good physical fitness with the ability to work in various weather conditions.
* Relevant construction or trade qualifications
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £180.00 per day
