An exciting opportunity has arisen for The Seahorse, founded by Mitch Tonks, awarded 28 of the Best Restaurants in the UK and recently featured on channel 4 remarkable places to eat is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead and direct the front of house team.
The Seahorse is a well-established restaurant that has been a place to gather for conversation and debate, and to enjoy the local seafood for the last 15 years. Fresh fish, seasonal ingredients, carefully selected wines and the love of Italian cookery underpin everything we do here. The Role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will support the General Manager in creating a restaurant environment where the team is inspired to care about what they do through motivating, training and leading by example all the way.
You will coach your team to fulfil their full potential ensuring you and your team embrace our core values.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be supported by structured training before you start in your restaurant, and we continuously develop your skills for a fulfilling career.
You will be required to have at least one years’ experience at Assistant Manager level in a similar restaurant environment.
