Finance Manager - Temp – Rotherham – up to £44,000 Chase & Holland are working closely with a dynamic, rapidly growing business who are looking for a Finance Manager on a temporary basis to support during a busy period. As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the finance function, ensuring adequate controls are in place. Benefits: Competitive salary 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata) Free onsite parking Early finish on a Friday Finance Manager Responsibilities: Produce monthly financial forecast update pack for Head Office Produce year end reports, ensuring accurate and transparent reporting Carrying out all AP and AR duties and prepare payment schedule for GM Producing management accounts, advising GM any variances Forecast cash flow position whilst ensuring sufficient funds are available Maintain balance sheet and ensure it is reconciled Ensure purchase order process is followed and adhered to Manage Annual Statement of Accounts, reporting on all performance Ensure that the company complies with the International Financial Reporting Standards Dealing with Corporation Tax, VAT, Employer’s NI contributions Liaising with third party auditors to support with end of year stock count Advise business of any financial risks attached to initiatives, i.e. poor credit history, exchange rates or extended account terms taken without permission Required skills and experience: Experience in a similar role Recent use and proficiency in Sage 50 and Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills Commercial and business acumen Problem solving skills – identify issues and present solutions Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail, methodical and investigative approach Team player who will work with others to achieve company goals If you are interested in finding out about this exciting Finance Manager opportunity, please click ‘apply now’.
