We are hiring a Inside Sales – Team Leader. You will be responsible for developing and delivering the sales strategy for Inside Sales across the Middle East, based in Jebel Ali, UAE.

Role Overview: As an Inside Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and driving all sales activities within the region to grow the business, increase top-line revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability (EBITDA). You will achieve this by building and developing a high-performing Inside Sales team.
What you’ll do:
* Proactively lead and manage the team to create a high-performing sales culture
* Work closely with Marketing to develop a highly competitive sales strategy
* Create and maintain sales plans for the team
* Lead and manage the performance of the team to contribute to EBITDA targets, ensuring all objectives (KPIs) are met, including Fuel, Freight, & Rehire charges
* Monitor and manage team members’ sales activity and KPIs
* Manage the organization’s CRM (Salesforce standards)
* Manage the overall opportunity pipeline in the CRM for forecasting and fleet management, with regular reviews
* Contribute as a key member of the Sales Leadership Team
* Manage to the standard of the Aggreko “Non-Negotiables” and “Sales Leadership Blueprint”, with a focus on coaching and development
* Manage internal relationships between inside sales and external sector teams
* Effectively manage performance and address concerns
* Set & manage weekly/monthly challenging yet achievable KPIs
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
* Degree qualification preferred or relevant experience
* Experience leading and managing a sales team of 3 or more, with a proven track record in achieving targets
* Proven ability to develop and coach sales teams in challenging environments, ideally in power generation and/or temperature control rental industry
* Financially and commercially savvy, customer-focused, and results-driven
* High standards and quality orientation
* Strong planning, organizing, and prioritization skills
* Technically minded, able to learn about a wide range of products and applications
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all stakeholder levels
* Excellent leadership and management skills, motivating and supporting teams
* Experience working effectively in a call center environment, driving quality and proactive sales
