As the PR Manager at Liquidline, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand visibility and reputation. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of public relations, including delivering high-quality backlinks, copywriting support, organising events, and leading the PR efforts for new company acquisitions. Additionally, you’ll work closely with our People and Culture teams to support Liquidline’s mission of becoming an employer of choice. Your role will also encompass handling internal communications and submitting award nominations to showcase our success. The Role - PR Manager Public Relations: Develop and execute PR strategies to boost brand awareness and sentiment. Build strong media relationships and secure coverage through press releases, interviews, and pitches. Digital Presence: Support SEO efforts by securing quality backlinks and creating guest content to enhance visibility. Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for marketing materials, website content, and press releases, ensuring consistency with brand messaging. Events: Plan and deliver industry trade shows, coffee events, and client hospitality initiatives. Manage logistics, budgets, and post-event impact. Internal Communications: Partner with People & Culture to keep employees informed and engaged through newsletters, announcements, and updates. Awards: Identify and lead submissions for industry awards, positioning Liquidline for recognition in innovation, service, and growth. Acquisitions: Manage PR and communications for new business acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration and clear messaging. Employer Branding: Support initiatives that highlight company culture, employee success stories, and engagement campaigns to attract and retain talent. What You Will Need In The Role Of PR Manager Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field. Proven experience of managing successful PR campaigns, delivering backlinks and increasing brand visibility. Strong writing, editing and copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content. Familiarity with SEO principles and strategies for generating quality backlinks. Great attention to detail, and ability to manage workload with conflicting deadlines. Ability to collaborate with other departments where necessary.
