Every company needs to sell, and the B2B Sales space presents one of the biggest single opportunities for AI innovation. McKinsey estimates that gen AI could open up an incremental $0.8 trillion to $1.2 trillion in productivity across sales and marketing. Gartner forecasts that within just a few years, 60% of B2B seller activities will be executed via generative AI technologies. And our early traction proves the direction things are headed.
In little over a year, we have signed dozens of customers including publicly listed companies and series-E fintechs. We are backed by a leading VC and have established a global customer base across North America, Europe, Asia and MEA. We are growing 25% month-on-month and are now looking to make our first Commercial hire.
Here’s what you can expect:
1. Work alongside a skilled team of experienced and high-performing engineers and commercial operators.
2. End-to-end ownership. You will be entrusted with complete ownership over projects.
3. Daily shipping. We care a lot about product velocity and tend to push updates several times a day.
4. Work with a modern tech stack.
5. Autonomy: You will often work autonomously to take charge of your projects, make decisions, and drive your work forward.
What you’ll do:
1. Build full-stack features using modern frameworks and tools.
2. Tackle scalability challenges.
3. Work on the most important, highest impact product updates.
You should:
1. Be proficient in NextJS, especially the app router.
2. Feel very comfortable with Typescript, React, and SQL.
3. Have experience building products for scale.
4. Have a passion for engineering, know best practices and understand how to apply them.
5. Thrive as a 0 to 1 product engineer.
