A construction client of ours in the Earls Colne area are recruiting an Administrator to join their team. This is a temporary position starting Friday 17th April for at least one week (potentially longer), working Monday : Friday, 9:30am : 2:30/2:45pm (flexible) and paying up to 13.00 per hour depending on experience.
Your key duties in this Administrator role will include but are not limited to:
Matching delivery tickets to invoices
Ordering stationery and supplies
Printing and filing documents
Assisting the accounts team
Providing general administrative support
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this role:
Previous administrative experience within a construction background
Good attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Available to start on Friday for at least a week
