Job Title: Coordinator Brand & Audience

A little bit about our team:

Global Catalogue is both the communication centre between Warner Music Catalogue labels and International Territories around the world, and the paramount frontier for marketing artists in the streaming era. We work closely with all labels and artists under the Recorded Music division to develop new catalogue opportunities in marketing, A&R, content development, and consumption, and then convert our findings into new strategies that are deployed across the company to our Catalogue teams around the world.

With catalogues from great heritage acts such as Led Zeppelin, Fleetwood Mac, David Bowie, Pink Floyd, Phil Collins, The Doors, Aretha Franklin, Joni Mitchell, Madonna, Prince, Eric Clapton, New Order, to more current artists such as Wale, Jess Glynne, Clean Bandit, Muse, and many more…the Warner Music catalogue is a rich and varied one that requires constant management and reinvention.

This can vary from reimagining a classic album, creating and promoting a playlist managed by us or encouraging consumption of key tracks on streaming services, through to maintaining artist profile with digital suppliers

Your role:

The Brand & Audience Services Coordinator is a detail-oriented and organised professional who provides essential support to the Brand & Audience Services team. You'll be a key player in the execution of digital-first marketing campaigns for a diverse roster of catalog artists. Working closely with the cross functional services team and Artist Brand Management teams, you'll help bring campaigns to life by handling day-to-day project management, asset coordination, and communication with internal and external partners. This role is perfect for a proactive self-starter with a passion for music, digital marketing, and fan engagement.

Here you’ll get to:

1. Support the execution of digital campaigns for key artist moments

2. Manage timelines and schedules, ensuring all campaign deadlines and asset deliveries are met.

3. Organise and traffic all creative assets, from briefs to final content.
Support social media strategy and fan engagement across platforms like TikTok and Instagram.

4. Track and report on campaign performance, key insights, and metrics.
Handle administrative tasks, including maintaining organised records and managing the approval process for all materials.

About you:

5. Progressive experience in digital marketing, project management, or a related role within the music or entertainment industry.

6. Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

7. Familiarity with social media platforms and a general understanding of digital marketing trends.

8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

10. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.

11. Strong interest in pop culture, trends & fan behaviour

12. Enjoy problem solving & take pride in delivering high quality work

We’d love it if you also had:

13. Experience with Airtable and project workflow systems

14. Interest and hands on experience producing native social media content
