Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with customers to identify their needs and preferences, providing knowledgeable advice on our vehicle selection.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and returning customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Conduct test drives and showcase the features and advantages of our vehicles.
* Negotiate and finalize sales, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
* Stay informed about product knowledge and competitor offerings.
* Efficiently manage all sales administration and paperwork.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of proven experience in automotive sales.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
* Self-driven with a focus on results.
* Flexibility to work varied hours, including certain Saturdays and some Sundays.
* A valid drivers license and the right to work in the UK.
