Working within a supportive and collaborative team, the successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. * Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
* Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
* Dealing with transfer of equity matters
* Managing new build transactions
* Handling shared ownership files
* Providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process
* Working closely with colleagues as part of a well-established and supportive team
The Candidate
* Minimum 2 years’ fee earning experience within residential conveyancing
* Able to manage a busy caseload independently
* Experience across a broad range of residential property matters
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Able to “hit the ground running” within a fast-paced environment
* Qualified or non-qualified conveyancers will be considered (e.g. Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner)
