Applications are invited for a Locum Consultant Radiologist for 12 months with a special interest in Neurointerventional Radiology at Addenbrooke's Hospital part of Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (CUH).
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Radiologist to join our Radiology team of Consultants, both NHS and University based, and Specialty Registrars.
This post is to support the Stroke Thrombectomy and haemorrhagic Service., The successful candidate will join a strong multidisciplinary team and provide specialist and general support to the workload of the department.
We have a close working relationship with all clinical specialties including Neurology, Neurosurgery, Stroke, ENT, and Head & Neck, and are actively involved in clinical, research and educational activities.
The applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC's Good Medical Practice (2013). Non-UK applicants must possess the IELTS/OET exam before obtaining a GMC licence to practice.
