Service Charge Officer Agile Hybrid Homeworking (office base Norwich) Full time, 37 hours a week, Monday – Friday Starting Salary at £31,305 per annum, with future progression opportunities to £33,302 Permanent Contract About the role Do you have a keen eye for detail and a good understanding of service charges? We are looking for a new Service Charge Officer to join our Team. In this key role, you will: Collate and maintain service charge data in line with the annual rent and service charge notification process Reconcile and prepare yearly actual costs for all homes Provide excellent customer service to ensure that service charges and changes are communicated fairly to our residents. About You The successful candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced office environment, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently and with their own initiative. Experience of working in a service charge function, including charging for services and analysing costs and spend is essential. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and excellent verbal and written skills. A driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential as travel throughout Norfolk will be required.
