Benenden School Billing Administrator/Accounts Receivable Full Time, All Year Round Salary: £28,461- £30,229 per annum depending on experience Starting As Soon Possible/Spring 26 Benenden School, one of the country’s leading independent day & boarding schools, has an exciting opportunity, for an individual with experience of working in an Accounts Receivable role, within its Finance Department. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic team player to join our Finance team, all of whom work closely with other departments in a busy and progressive educational and boarding community. This role is responsible for maintaining the Billing ledger system and is involved in other aspects of the wider finance department. This role, which is wide ranging, includes assisting the Billing Manager with: • all aspects of the fee billing process. • Managing the fee billing mailbox. • Liaise with stakeholders in a timely and professional manner. • Reconciling and posting month end fee control and bank accounts. • Monitoring deposits and the leaver process • Assisting with month end management accounts and year-end audit. • Maintaining spreadsheets for bursaries, scholarships & other fee remissions. • All aspects of the credit control process. About Benenden School Benenden School is an independent day and boarding school for girls, founded in 1923 and situated in 250 acres of beautiful parkland in rural Kent. At present, there are 550 girls in the School, aged 11-18. Meals are provided to staff whilst on duty.
