What You’ll Do:

Prepare and deliver a stimulating Chemistry curriculum from KS3 to KS4 (with KS5 delivery for experienced candidates), emphasising reaction chemistry, materials science, and analytical techniques.

Oversee engaging practical experiments, teach safe lab practice, and ensure students develop experimental methodology and analytical literacy.
*
Establish strong student support through targeted feedback, data-driven interventions, and stretch for higher achievers.
*
Develop and run Chemistry-specific enrichment—Olympiad training, university collaboration, STEM fairs.
We’re Looking For:

Qualified in Chemistry or related field with QTS
*
Confidence in teaching complex ideas—thermodynamics, kinetics, organic process, electrolysis
*
Creative educator with strong behaviour management, vision, and passion for inquiry
*
Able to contribute to CPD, resource design, or departmental leadership
