Complex Care Assistant
Superior Healthcare Management, LLC is urgently recruiting experienced Care Assistants in Maidstone to join our Complex Care team. We have full‑time and part‑time hours available, working 12‑hour shifts.
Our goal is simple: we support clients to live life to the full, independently, happily and safely at home – while providing our care team with fantastic benefits, genuine support and opportunities to progress.
As a Care Assistant, you’ll work long‑term with one or a few clients, supporting one person per shift. You’ll assist clients with tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, ventilator support, personal care and daily living tasks.
Enjoy a fixed rota, with the option of overtime, and select from:
* Full‑time or part‑time hours
* Day or night shifts
* Weekend shifts
