Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Service Area Manager for our Field Service team. The main goal of the role is to provide day-to-day management and training of field staff, including employee selection, field training and safety. This individual will also lead operational efforts and ensure superior customer satisfaction. On a typical day you will: * Ensure all aspects of field safety across your engineers/mechanics. * Direct the performance of field maintenance and contractual service operations, performing regular 1:1 with your team. * Conduct field education training with your engineers. * Maintain customer quality assurance, managing the expenditure of labor and materials * Improve efficiencies, managing route schedules and callback rates * Authorise repair orders and tracking completion * Lead change to better efficiency and communication What you will need to be successful: * Experienced in service delivery, and field management. Able to engage with a team of field based engineers. * Elevator/lift/Vertical Transportation industry experience is desired, but not required. * Excellent communication skills and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment * Strong computer and technology skills, business acumen and a passion for customer service.
