Job Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: 40 hours per week, 7:30am start
Overtime: Paid beyond 40 hours
Depots: Various across Gloucestershire (GL7 5DT, Bamfurlong, and others)

Roles Available
Basic Highways Operative
* Pay: £12.21 per hour PAYE
* Requirements:
*
o Right to work in the UK
o Valid UK Driving Licence (essential)
o Experience in manual labour roles, ideally outdoors (construction, refuse/waste, factories etc.)
o Willingness to train and upskill (training provided)
Skilled Highways Operative
* Pay: £13.31 per hour PAYE
* Requirements:
*
o Right to work in the UK
o Valid UK Driving Licence (essential)
o NVQ Level 2
o HGV Licence
o 18 months+ highways or construction experience
o Able to carry out safety, quality, and environmental audits and risk assessments
o Confident with traffic management responsibilities
o Skilled in use of tools/equipment (e.g. 180-degree JCB, power tools)
o Capable of using PDA and giving clear instructions
