Logistics & Office Manager – £35k–£45k + Bonus + Benefits
We're working with a well-established, family-run business with a proud heritage and a modern, forward-looking approach. Known for delivering high-quality, bespoke projects across the architectural, interiors, and heritage sectors, they are now looking for a Logistics & Office Manager to play a pivotal role in their growing team.
The Opportunity:
This is a broad and varied role where no two days will be the same. You'll be the key organiser behind the scenes, ensuring the smooth running of office operations, logistics, HR admin, and health & safety processes. It's a fantastic chance for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps everything on track.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee office and logistics processes: purchasing, invoicing, vehicles, deliveries, and supplies
* Liaise with customers to coordinate installations, collections, and showroom visits
* Manage compliance tasks such as insurance renewals, inspections, and supplier coordination
* Support HR: inductions, payroll, holidays, apprenticeships, and company events
* Organise health & safety processes including training, inspections, and maintenance schedules
About You
* Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
* Strong multitasker with excellent communication skills
* Experience in logistics, HR, or H&S would be ideal
* Confident with Microsoft Office (training can be provided)
* Professional, discreet, and a natural team player
The Package:
* Salary: £35k – £45k (DOE)
* 23 days holiday + bank holidays
* Company pension (3% contribution)
* Discretionary performance bonus
