Joining us as an Insurance Account Handler means you'll work Monday to Friday (no weekends), earning a salary relative to your experience and a generous bonus structure. Role Overview
Every day you will support a designated client portfolio, act as their first point of contact, build strong relationships, and address client queries. The role is ideal for those who love customer service or sales, with relationship-building as key to success.
Qualifications
Essential experience in the Insurance Industry. The rest depends on the individual:
* Ability to bring your best self to work daily to give clients the best possible experience.
* Proactive, using initiative and showing entrepreneurial spirit.
* Willingness to learn and be curious, with opportunities to gain qualifications that enhance your career.
* Confidence working with clients on the phone and face-to-face; customer service experience is important.

* Demonstrate honesty and integrity as essential within a financially regulated organisation and the right way to act.
