We are seeking an aspiring outdoor educator for a unique "Train to Lead" position in Burnley. We will provide the platform, the mentorship, and the woodland environment for you to develop into a fully qualified Forest School Lead. This is a temp-to-perm role, meaning we are looking to invest in someone who wants a long-term career with our school. The Training Pathway Mentorship: Work directly under experienced educators to learn the "Forest School" ethos. Qualification Support: Potential for funded or supported enrollment in the Level 3 Forest School Leader qualification for the right candidate. Hands-on Experience: Assist with sessions immediately, gradually taking on more leadership responsibility as your skills grow. Key Responsibilities Assist & Facilitate: Support the daily setup and delivery of outdoor learning sessions (bushcraft, nature art, fire safety).
